2. Dignity USA Webinar; Queer Catholic Faith. Jan 31 Tue, 9:00p.

Hi! Welcome to the inaugural session of "Queer Catholic Faith," a new videoconferencing series developed by DignityUSA. In this session, we will hear from Bill Baird about the early years of the gay/lesbian Catholic movement. You may recall Bill as the fabulous co-host of our San Francisco Convention. He's also a long-time member of Dignity/San Francisco and Dignity/Denver, a former co-chair of the Defenders, and is now a member of DignityUSA's Board of Directors. He will tell us about what it was like to be a gay Catholic in the early 1970s, and about the first years of Dignity. Whether you were also around in the infancy of our movement, or can't even imagine those days, there are sure to be some great surprises in this conversation. ( Join the webinar. )
